Society has made a lot of progress in recognizing the importance of mental health. Many people now fully embrace the idea that mental health is just as important as physical health when it comes to our overall wellness. But how exactly are we supposed to improve our mental fitness? Of course we have some established approaches, such as individual or group therapy and mind-body activities such as yoga or meditation.
